Bernadette Siebers

Bernadette is a generalist and nature is her home. During her traveling around the world, she learns a lot about the universe. After years at a desk and in front of the computer, she flipped the coin, changed her life and jumped on the mat.

The passion about yoga and meditation with mindfulness, neuroscience, including personal development, the holistic nature with the teaching of Ayurveda are driving her day to day to learn more about it.

Her life’s mission is to be with balance and to share with those who seek it. She loves to help others to discover their own resourceful way of living so they can lead a fuller and a more present life. Bernadette passionately teaches Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha Yoga as a 500hr certified yoga teacher. She loves to discover pranayama and teach different breath work techniques. As a certified mediation and mindfulness coach her heart project is teaching kids how to relax and be conscious. The transformation and changes the yoga practice has brought into her life after 15 years of practise, is the main thing Bernadette wants to pass on to her students in order to fuel the body, soul and holding space to be.
