Anaëlle Gardon

Anaëlle fell into the madness of traveling at a very young age, and it was through traveling that she found the freedom to live her life as she wishes. While traveling she learned skills such as Thai massage training and scuba diving certification. A few years ago Anaëlle experienced an emotional shock, which lead her onto the road of yogic discovery.

It was following this emotional shock that she turned to yoga and spirituality to find mental calm and stability. Her practice includes many balancing asanas, intertwined with peaceful meditations. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in San Cristobal de la Casas, Mexico. A graduate of event communication, she is especially passionate about art, culture and music and also gives free rein to her creativity through ceramics that she practices independently in her workshop. She begins and perfects her skills with patience and determination.
