Madison Ward

Madison Has been teaching all over the world at festivals, retreat centers, gyms and for private clients since 2014 and has been an avid practitioner for over 11 years. Her classes are adaptable for all body types and skill levels with a specific focus on vinyasa flow and interval training. Understanding that yoga is meant for more than forming the physical body she combines asanas (standing poses for strength) with deep stretches to balance the yin and yang energies in human bodies. This, combined with breath work allows for a deep state of meditation which inherently brings a deeper connection and understanding within oneself.

Madison has been sharing her healing food working as a vegan culinary master all over the globe. Having trained with chefs from France, Holland, Mexico, Costa Rica, USA, Japan and Indonesia, she has been taught traditional techniques and recipes, and then adapted them to create unique plant-based recipes. Her favorite styles of cooking are slassic Mediterranean and Southeast Asian fusion, as well as Ayurvedic cooking. She often utilizes the Ayurvedic approach, fused with her knowledge of yoga, to heal individuals she is working with. She has also worked as a vegan pastry chef where she learned many delectable and cruelty-free treats and sweets. Many of her recipes are gluten and refined sugar free. Her passion for individual wellbeing is easily reflected upon through her culinary and yogic practices, as well as her overall demeanor.
